I was browsing eBay back in July and I found this lot of around nine Chesapeake and Ohio locomotives being sold in "as is" condition. I decided to place a few bids and ended up winning the auction.
I've always been a huge fan of the paint scheme the C&O used so I will be happy to add some of these locomotives to the collection. Not all of them are in perfect shape but that's to be expected when buying something of this sort.
Hopefully I will be able to get them all into working order soon.
