Jjajangmyeon | Korean Black Bean Noodles

Jjajangmyeon may have been my favorite meal in my recent trip to Korea, even considering it was at the cheapest and most fast-food style restaurant I visited. There's something special about the black bean sauce that is addictive and unique, and worth it.
Ingredients:
-3/4lb pork belly (500g)
-1/2 large or 1 medium yellow onion
-1 handful Korean radish, maybe 1 cup
-1 zucchini
-1 russet potato
-3 tbsp lard or beef tallow (or neutral oil)
-6 tbsp chunjang (black bean paste)
-2-3 cups water
-2 tbsp potato or cornstarch
-2 tbsp water
-2 tsp sugar
-1 tsp MSG
-1 tsp sesame oil
-Cucumber (or peas) and danmuji for garnish
