Here's some classic spirograph ASMR, with a selection of bright, metallic, and glitter gel pens. I'll be whispering throughout, and getting far too excited at all the pretty patterns and colours (honestly, it turns out I'm fairly easy to impress, and I use the words "oooh pretty!" far too much). Enjoy!
ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is the phenomenon of 'tingles' in response to auditory and/or visual stimuli (most people's first experiences of ASMR are from having their hair brushed as a child, for example). This video is meant purely for entertainment and relaxation, not as a cure for insomnia, and is in no way meant to be a substitute for traditional medicine. Any views or opinions expressed in this video are purely for entertainment purposes. And, it's not made for kids :-)
