Ingredients :
1- Choped potato- 250gm
2 - Banana leafs (as required)
3 - Chopped Onion - 1 (big)
4 - Chopped tomato -1 (big)
5 - Chopped coriander leaves
6 - Green chilli - 4 nos
7 - For making Besara (Mustard paste):
Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 2 nos(or as required)
Garlic -(5-7 cloves)
8 - Turmeric powder - half tsp
9 - Kashmir red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
10 - Mustard oil ( Recommended )
11 - Salt to taste
