Shadow brings in four sticks in the afternoon and Jackie one stick. They both work on the nest and share some beakie moments. Nest work is a form of courtship and bonding - this is where the eagles renew and strengthen their bond as a couple before the eggs are laid. Jackie loves to supervise - you can see her watching Shadow over her shoulder while she is on the back porch! Branch Manager Shadow is ready willing & able to get those sticks whipped into place!
