I Maxed TH17 with less than $500 in 7 days (P2V)

I farmed NON STOP and boosted for 7 days straight in Clash of Clans to fully max out my Town Hall 17. I bought all the potions and 4x book offers but I NEVER touched the resource offers as they are not value and are too P2W. We are P2V (pay to value) where we only like the value 4x offers. Resource offers are NOT value.
