Rogério and Claudia, a husband wife team have partnered up to manage all the aspects of their tree to bar operation in Bahia, Brazil. Another wonderful example of the revival of cacao farming after witches broom devastated the whole region, and yet subsequent generations coming in with new ideas, a new landscape and market for high quality craft chocolate that values transparency and quality.
