This was a recent class I taught at mL -- the energy in class brought me to tears and I'm super happy to share a glimpse of it with you all! I am always trying to explore/expand my movement and expression and I'm so lucky that I get to share all that I learn with students who step into my class. It's a never ending cycle of giving and receiving and I'll never take what I do lightly or for granted. Enjoy!
