What SoFaygo Could've Been..

In this animated video essay I explain how getting signed to Cactus Jack was a mistake for SoFaygo. In 2019 SoFaygo was dropping songs like "Hits on Hits" "Hyakkimaru" "Gear 2" "Quit Smoking Dabs" "Applause" and more. In 2020 he exploded and was responsible for starting a new music genre called "Rage". He was known to be this generations Lil Uzi Vert. Bigger artists went to expand off this with Trippie Redd : "Trip at Knight" and especially Playboi Carti: Whole Lotta Red which really was a monumental project with its grunge, electric, punk sound. Playboi went to start his own label called Opium. Signing artists like Destroy Lonely and Ken Carson. So with the flop of Pink Heartz and only selling 7k first week. What if Faygo didn't sign to Travis Scott but got signed to Playboi Carti instead? Faygo has been known to of influenced the entire undergound rage scene . People like Kan Kan, Dc The Don, Cochise, TheHxliday, Yung Fazo, and while those artists are doing well Yeat is an example of an artist that actually took advantage of the opportunity that SoFaygo had.
