Before the show, the band placed a joke setlist on stage, lol. Many fans took pictures of it and passed it around to fellow fans in the crowd before coming to the conclusion that, based on the songs listed, it had to be fake, lol

Billie Joe (After ‘Born to Lose’): If it was the A’s, it would be 'Born to Leave'… Hey man, I don’t make the rules! I just write the songs… :P

Took us a long time to get there... But better late than pregnant lol (Green Day headlined Outside Lands in 2022, the 14th year of the festival)

Jason White: On the count of 3, everyone yell out your favorite burrito place in the mission! Well, we settled that :P Someone’s back there saying ‘They don’t even give out free chips anymore!’ lol

"Thanks Kilowatt! This is a great new venue, that's new again. And that how we need to treat places in the Bay Area.. make them new again." The Kilowatt is a 200-capacity venue which has been a part of the Mission District in SF for 28 years. The former owner retired and the new owners reinstated live music just this February.

The concert was also live-streamed for fans outside the venue, projecting the video against the wall of the building across the street. After the show, the band came out and talked with the fans and took selfies, which was very nice.
