This is the most emotional and unforgettable chapter of our lives.


Sona and I have known each other since school — two kids who grew up together, fell in love in year 10 in school, and held onto each other even through the hardest moments. We were in a long-distance relationship for 6 years after I moved overseas, and through every call, every night apart, we dreamed of the day we’d finally be together.

Then came the most difficult fight — cancer. Sona was admitted to the hospital for over 2.5 months, and every single day was filled with fear, pain, and prayers. But even in those darkest moments… she smiled. She inspired. She gave me strength.

So I decided to give her something back — something that would remind her that love is bigger than pain. I proposed to the love of my life right in the
middle of her hospital stay. 💍❤️
