Octagonal Blender is sophisticated amalgamation system for blending and lubrication of dry granules thoroughly. One third quantity of blender is kept empty for homogenous mixing. Due to its octagon shape granules perform higher mixing result even in slow speed operations. Inside shaft with baffles break any possible powder lumps during shaking operations. Octagonal mixer is best suitable for granular and crystalline powders. Variable speed adjustment of cone provide efficient mixing and lubrication of granules. Octagonal Blender Working Principle

Octagonal Blender Machine having octagon shaped stainless steel container which rotates in forward and reverse direction movements. One can choose from control panel to which direction cone to be work. Bulk raw material is loaded from wide opening top charging cover. Interestingly, this cover fitted with knobs, hence there is no tool required for opening charging cover. RPM of the cone can be adjusted through variable frequency drive mounted onto control panel. Machine can be operated in slow, medium and fast speed as per product and process requirements. RPM meter fitted onto control panel shows actual rotating RPM of the cone.

Cone is mirror polished from inside to avoid any contamination chances. Horizontal shaft with baffles provided inside the cone which work as lump breaker. During cone movement if there is any lump generation then it get break through these baffles. Food grade rubber gasket fitted onto wide opening feed cover of the machine for FDA compliances.

General arrangement of octagonal mixer consist motor, gearbox, A type stand, pedestal block bearing and heavy-duty structure. Holes provided at the bottom of structure for any foundation bolt fitting requirements. This avoid chances of vibration in the blender during on sire full load operations. All moving parts covered with stainless steel 304 coverings as per pharmaceutical and food industry requirements. Safety interlock sensor provided into blender entry area which stop machine immediately when somebody try to enter in blender during operations. This interlock safeguard operator for any possible mishap.
