Hello friends👋,
You all must have heard that, for the first time in the history of the Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation, a multi-axle Volvo bus has arrived to rule the roads.
Today, our journey is in the new SETC Volvo 9600 Semi-Sleeper bus. A total of 20 Volvo 9600 buses have been delivered so far. Out of these, the one we are traveling in today is the Tiruchendur–Chennai Volvo service. This service is operated by the Chennai Kilambakkam depot. Currently, two buses are operating services to Tiruchendur.
The bus departs from Tiruchendur Bus Stand at 6:30 PM and reaches Chennai Kilambakkam Bus Terminal via Thoothukudi, Madurai, Trichy, Villupuram, Tindivanam, and Chengalpattu.
Tickets can be booked through the website tnstc.in.
