We took a day trip recently to enjoy the first day of Fall and decided to head to Crown King, Arizona. Crown King is a small but historic town located about 79 miles north of Phoenix in the Bradshaw Mountains. Crown King was first formed around the late 1880's as part of the Crown King Mine - there was also a railroad line connecting it with Prescott, Arizona.
