A very busy level crossing located near New Malden and Raynes Park in South West London. It is found next to a very busy road junction, and has a total of six LED wigwags (road traffic lights), one of the pairs of which flash completely out of synchronisation with the rest. This crossing in its current form dates back to 1990, although it was re-commissioned in 1999. The crossing is also accompanied by a very large footbridge which is step-free on two of its entrances, and crosses both the railway line and busy road next to the crossing. The sheer amount of road vehicles (including buses and large vans) makes this crossing near impossible to get a good shot of if you've a tripod and want a full view of it!

Even though this is that very level crossing, we unfortunately didn't see any 'record efficiency' lowerings on this date. If you know, you know...
