First BBQ Competition... AND WE TOOK HOME THE TROPHY!

This year we were asked to participate in the local BBQ competition on the Centerville Square called BBQ and Brew. We have NEVER done anything like this. After barrowing a smoker and watching countless YouTube videos about how to enter a BBQ competition and a lot of practice cooks, Team Meat Sweats enter the competition.

There were three 4 meats we were supposed to cook from brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, and chicken. You could win in all of those categories along with the public was invited to come taste the BBQ and vote for what was best. This was called the Popular Vote. The winner got to take home $1000
