A big fire erupted after an apparent explosion at a nursing home in Pennsylvania caused part of the building to collapse on Tuesday afternoon, leaving multiple people hurt and trapped inside, authorities said.
The Associated Press reported that the explosion happened at Bristol Health & Rehab Center in Bristol Township just as a utility crew had been inside looking for a gas leak, although the cause of the explosion was unclear several hours later
