I'm back with a wave of excitement and a tidal wave of news that you won't want to miss! It's time to dive into some thrilling updates that have been brewing, and I'm beyond thrilled to let you in on the action…

So, let's get right into it: About three months ago, life threw a curveball my way – I unexpectedly found myself without a job. As a single mom of two incredible boys, I won't lie, it hit me like a ton of bricks. But, as they say, every challenge is an opportunity in disguise. And oh, how I seized that opportunity!

Fueled by an unquenchable desire to redefine health and well-being, I embarked on a mission that set my soul on fire. It all began with a simple but profound question: "What does true health mean?" Little did I know that this question would spark a revolution. And from this spark, RevitaFest was born – a vibrant and unique health festival that breaks the mold.

RevitaFest isn't just an event; it's a spirited celebration of life, health, and unbridled happiness. Our vision is to inspire a world where health isn't merely a necessity but a dynamic, exhilarating aspect of our lives. Our aim? To forge a global community that champions health, vitality, and a life drenched in passion and joy.

My ‘Why’ behind RevitaFest.

In honor of my brilliant grandpa, Prof. Christiaan Barnard, who taught me how to fight for others health when they’re unable to fight for their own health and happiness.

With so much gratitude and love to my mom, Deirdre Barnard who showed me how to strive to create ‘moments of magic’ that make others feel loved and seen.

May I carry on their legacy of ‘changing the lives of 150 million people through lifestyle interventions’.
