Papad Paratha
Serving 4 Persons

Ingredients
Ready Dough of Roti / Paratha (Kneaded)
5 – Urad Dal Papad
1 – Small Onion Chopped
2 tbsp Spring Onion Chopped
2 tbsp Coriander Chopped
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Aamchur / Dried Mango Powder
Oil for deep fry
Salt as per Taste

Recipe
1. Make a roti/ paratha dough and give it a 10 minutes rest.
2. Fry papad in oil.
3. Crush all fried papad by hand and mix all vegetable & dry Masala into it and combine together.
4. Papad stuffing ready.
5. Now take small ball size dough and roll it small roti. And add papad stuffing into it. And roll a paratha carefully.
6. Roast paratha on slow to medium flame , spread oil on it and roast Golden & Crisp
7. Papad Paratha Ready.
