My Journey with My Teeth & Mental Health: A Little Update ❤️

I will update that as of September 9, 2024, I have only 10 cavities left, I started the journey in July 2023 with 16 cavities 😭. I also had another cleaning done and there is a lot of improvement in my teeth health and cleaning. I am not out of the woods yet of my struggles with mental health and dental hygiene but I am seeing improvements. I was initially really frustrated when my dentist said this would be a step-by-step & slow process, especially given what I wanted to spend on my teeth while also trying to rebuild other parts of my life. All in all, she told me step by step and it's been just that. I am super grateful for her support. I am also grateful for myself for the ways I have kept to this when I wanted to give up or (jokingly but also from a place of feeling desperate) told my dentist to just take all my teeth out (I know, dramatic pero I FELT it in the moment and I LOVE my teeth)
