This use to be one of my favorite dishes to order in restaurants, but the prices keep increasing and they're charging around $20 a plate. It isn't difficult to make so now I cook it at home and you can too!
Time: 10 minutes
Cost: $7
Ingredients:
1 pack pre-sliced lamb or substitute beef
1 small onion or 1/2 large onion
green onions
cooking oil
splash of water
cumin powder, about 1/2 teaspoon
soy sauce, about 1 teaspoon
salt, season to taste
chili oil (optional, season to taste)
