VN Post Express Joint Stock Corporation (EMS Vietnam for short) is a member of the Vietnam Post Corporation – the only corporation that manages and facilitates Express Mail Service (EMS) operations in Vietnam. EMS is an international express mail delivery service established and managed by the International EMS Association – part of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) so as to perform high quality express mail / delivery services between 200 post offices over the world.

By promoting and incentivizing the strength of Vietnam’s Postal Network, EMS has served countless customers in all 63 provinces, cities as well as remoted areas such as mountainous regions and faraway islands in Vietnam. The EMS network also extends and handles deliveries from and to over 100 nations and territories throughout the world. The average output of EMS network reaches nearly 160 million delivery items annually.

EMS Vietnam focuses on building a service – based ecosystem supported by 3 main pillars: Domestic Express Mail Service; International Express Mail Service and Logistic Service. With “the customer is center” as the motto, the corporation is constantly innovating and diversifying service products, supplying new services as well as additional or extra services added in. In order to gradually modernize the production platform, mechanize the semi-automatic sales process as well as automatize several stages in the production line so as to optimize various stages during delivery operations, the corporation has re-planned and shifted the directions of EMS services across the network and re-innovate business processes under the direction of Vietnam’s Postal production organization. This shift and innovation are made to standardize the processes and enhance the quality of services.
