a. Visualisation or Detection methods for colourless compounds: CHEMICAL & PHYSICAL METHODS
I. Chemical method (using visualising spray reagents): Destructive method (sample is destroyed before detection)
II. Physical methods (Iodine, UV chamber & Densitometric method): Non-destructive method (sample is not destroyed)
III. Densitometric method (in situ method)
2. Applications of the THIN-LAYER chromatographic separation method
