On this Neighborhood Spotlight, Alameda Realtor, Jake Coyne, showcases the awesome "newer" residential community at the Alameda Landing. Located on the west of the Alameda, by Webster street and the Posey Tunnel, this East Bay Area neighborhood is one of the newest Hubs in Alameda. The beautiful 2015 construction homes are massive and tastefully modern giving owners a new feel compared to the traditional craftsman and Victorian homes you will find on the Island.
The homes are surrounding the Alameda landing shopping center, the consists of wonderful shops, grocery stores, and eateries. Residents that live here don't have to travel far for their needs!

This will have an awesome waterfront plaza, tons of new commercial buildings, and recreational activities for the residents.
