Ultra X Jordan Stage 5: final 34km and visiting Petra | 220km ultra marathon in Wadi Rum Desert

The final day of Ultra X Jordan. Just 34km stood between us and the finish line of this epic 220km ultra marathon through the Wadi Rum desert — but it was far from easy.

The desert threw everything at us one last time: scorching heat, endless soft sand, dehydration, and exhaustion from four tough days on the trails. Loyd battled fatigue and stomach issues, while Liga stayed strong as we pushed towards the finish of this unforgettable desert stage race.

But the adventure didn’t end at the finish line. After completing the race, we explored the ancient city of Petra, one of the new Seven Wonders of the World, bringing this epic Jordan journey to a perfect close.
