This high vacuum pump system is engineered with a diffusion pump and a dual-stage rotary vane pump, capable of generating pressures in the range of 10^-3 to 10^-7 torr. The initial stage incorporates an oil pump, which serves as a pre-vacuum for the subsequent stage diffusion pump, all governed by a programmable logic controller (PLC). Additionally, we offer oil-free alternatives to cater to various operational requirements.
