Sand House, designed by Studio MK27 in Trancoso, Brazil, is a beachfront retreat that blends seamlessly with its tropical surroundings. Comprising five separate volumes for different functions, all connected by an open wooden deck under a rustic eucalyptus pergola, the home embraces an open-air lifestyle where light, shadow, and nature shape the living experience. With a curved, sunlit pool set near the beach and a design that dissolves boundaries between indoors and outdoors, Sand House offers a sensory, harmonious connection to the ocean and forest.
