Hello! Tonight I've prepared a guided meditation / guided relaxation ASMR with sound healing for deep sleep and anxiety relief. This video includes a few different guided meditation exercises meant for grounding you at the begining, and it then includes a body scan meditation with the sound of the tibetan bowl. It has a very short section in the begining with your eyes open, and then you can close your eyes for the rest of the video to more easily drift off to sleep ( Eyes Closed ASMR ).
This video is in soft-spoken ASMR with occasional ear to ear whispering for tingles.

What is ASMR??
