About HITORIE
Hitorie is a Japanese rock band signed to Hinichijou Records, originally formed by wowaka, a Vocaloid producer, in 2011. wowaka also took on the role of lead vocalist and guitarist, with Ygarashy on bass and Yumao on drums, performing under the name "hitori atorie" (ひとりアトリエ). In 2012, Shinoda joined the band, and the band name changed to Hitorie, with Shinoda taking on the role of chorus and guitarist. Their first major single under Sony Music Japan, "Senseless Wonder" was released in January 2014. Tragically, in April 2019, wowaka passed away from acute heart failure. In honor of wowaka, Hitorie held a tribute concert titled "wowaka追悼 於 新木場STUDIO COAST" (wowaka tribute at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST) in June 2019. During the tribute concert, Shinoda was appointed as the new lead vocalist, succeeding wowaka.
