Ingredients:
Canned sardines
4 eggs
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
Pinch of salt
Pinch of umami seasoning
Ground pepper
Cooking oil
Heat the Oil: In a frying pan, heat about 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat.
Sauté Garlic and Onions: Add minced garlic and stir until golden brown and fragrant. Then, add sliced onions and stir until they become soft and translucent.
Add Tomatoes: Toss in sliced tomatoes and stir until they soften and release their juices.
Add Sardines: Open a can of sardines and pour them into the pan, sauce included. Gently stir, breaking them up a little but leaving some chunks intact.
Whisk Eggs: In a separate bowl, crack 4 eggs and whisk them until well combined.
Add Eggs to the Pan: Pour the whisked eggs into the pan with the sardines mixture. Stir to combine, making sure the eggs evenly coat the sardines.
Season: Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of umami seasoning, and sliced bell peppers. Stir everything together.
Final Touch: Add a dash of ground pepper and stir occasionally. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes until the eggs are fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
Serve: Once the eggs are set and the sauce has reduced, remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy!
