Bahan bahan:
I. Adonan A :
Terigu Protein Tinggi = 400 gr
Margarin = 150 gr
Air Es = 160 cc
Gula Halus = 60 gr
II. Adonan B :
Terigu Protein Tinggi = 200 gr
Margarin = 150 gr
Minyak Goreng = 2 sdm
III. Isian
Pisang Lilin / Uli = 1/4 sisir, 1 buah pisang dibagi 4/ 1/4 pisang untuk 1 pcs bolennya
Coklat DCC di potong sesuai ukuran adonan per pcs
Keju cheddar di potong sesuai ukuran adonan per pcs

Refined Sugar = 60 gr
II. Dough B:

Margarine = 150 gr
Cooking Oil = 2 tbsp
III. Stuffing
Banana = 1/4 comb, 1 banana divided by 4 / 1/4 bananas for 1 pcs small dough
DCC chocolate is cut according to the size of the small dough per pcs
Cheddar cheese is cut according to the size of the small dough per pcs
