The Upper Wawa Dam is a large, ongoing water supply project in Rizal, Philippines, serving as the second phase of the Wawa Bulk Water Supply Project. It is a significant infrastructure project, designed to provide a long-term water supply to Metro Manila and mitigate flooding in the Marikina River basin. The 85-meter roller-compacted concrete dam will create a reservoir to hold 120 million cubic meters of water, supplying up to 518 million liters of water daily to the region. The dam is expected to begin commercial operations by the end of 2025.
