Ingredients:
Thick non-fat Greek yogurt (Costco)
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
Fresh coriander, finely chopped
Jaljeera powder OR chaat masala (to taste)
Finely chopped green chilli (adjust to spice level)
Salt to taste
Few drops of lemon juice
Method:
Add Greek yogurt to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Mix in cucumber, tomato, and coriander.
Add salt, Jaljeera powder or chaat masala, green chilli, and lemon juice.
Mix well, add water to adjust consistency and chill for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Tips
Use non-fat Greek yogurt for maximum protein.
Lemon adds freshness - don’t overdo it.
Serve chilled for best taste.
