A family friend has recently become a magistrate and I thought it would be a cool idea to make him a Gavel an Sound Block.
I spindle turned the head of the gavel and coloured it with a Golden Oak Stain as the handle I made from Wild Mango wood.
The Sound Block was made from a piece of Oak and I finished all the pieces by using my buffing system to give it all a really shiny finish.
