Is CHINA really what you think? Join me on my first time traveling to China to learn the truth. Given the news headlines about government surveillance and tension with other countries, I was nervous about visiting China. However, I wanted to experience the real China beyond the media narratives. So, I flew to Chengdu with an open mind. And what I discovered surprised me.
I went to China on a 1single entry tourist visa, which I will discuss in detail in my video. Chengdu is an advanced, green city with kind people, tasty food, and excellent infrastructure like the bullet train. While there are undoubtedly political issues in China worth discussing, on a human level, most locals I met were welcoming and simply living everyday lives - working hard and enjoying time with family and friends.
