50g unsalted Butter ( melted)
350g Soft Cream cheese
Biscoff spread
350ml Heavy cream / whipping cream
Powdered sugar
Vanilla extract optional

1. Make the Biscoff crust
1. Crush the Biscoff cookies using a food processor or by placing them in a zip bag and smashing with a rolling pin.
2. Add the melted butter and mix until the crumbs look like wet sand.
3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan or dessert cups.
4. Place in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set.

1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Add Biscoff spread (3–4 tablespoons) and mix until fully combined.
