ZK-HMW is a Kawasaki-Hughes 369HS, better known as a Hughes 500C, which is operated by Alpine Helicopters at Wanaka, New Zealand.
This machine wears a retro colour scheme similar to that worn by Alpine’s fleet of 500s during the “Deer Wars” of the 1970s when dozens of helicopters flew around New Zealand shooting and recovering deer for venison, and later live-capturing the animals for farming.
This was filmed on an iPhone 11 so please forgive the audioand video quality issues.
