All things are a go for an atmospheric river to arrive across southwest Washington and northwest Oregon on Monday. The rain will continue Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday across the region. Flooding is expected on coastal rivers, and small streams. Urban flooding is also expected. Details: katu.com
