I'm back for good thanks to YOU. Today I have a wooden rainbow block puzzle that I stole from my daughters room so that you can enjoy the sounds and colors. I LOVE the sound that wood makes and the colors are simply a bonus if you enjoy visual triggers!
I started this channel as an experiment and now that I know you guys enjoy my content, I'll be returning full-on so THANK YOU!
What is ASMR?
An autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson. Not everyone experiences ASMR. For those who do, the experience seems to be in response to various triggers or situations involving sight, touch or sound. The intensity of specific stimuli may vary, and while one person may respond to the sound of whispering, another person may experience ASMR while:
Talking softly or moving slowly
Tapping or typing
Receiving close personal attention or eye contact
