Zombies are coming!
Will you survive the apocalypse?
With this zombie training you’ll be sure to make it out alive!
We have 6 exercises that we will do for :20 seconds each.
Zombies don’t stop and either do you! Push through all 6 exercises. You can do it!
Your rest will come after each level.
Each exercises is designed to get you ready for battle!
1. Quick feet
2. squats
3. More quick feet (you can never be fast enough when it comes to zombies!)
4. Tuck Jumps
5. Plank
6. Lunges
