to me this is the best budget option among the holy trinity in the location, it has the most affordable rental rates with relatively large layouts. the caveat here is that the facilities in this condo is really subpar, if you are a gym junkie, work from home often, and need some relaxing environment, you are better off with Novum residence "if you have the budget la" cause that area mahal nak mampuii.

so long story short if your someone that needs to be in Bangsar South for whatever reason and seeking for an affordable option that this is a property you should consider
