I think we all probably remember our first time watching The Matrix, it was truly a ground breaking film, and was also a movie that made you ponder a number of philosophical questions. However, every sequel to the groundbreaking original film has been pretty lackluster. But fret not average YouTube viewer, because the Lego Movie is truly the Matrix sequel that we always wanted... even if it doesn't technically preside inside of the same franchise. Watch for my breakdown of why the Lego Movie, in spirit, is the greatest Matrix sequel of all time and might even surpass the first film in terms of quality.
