This hypermobility exercise class to work on stability is a great place to start!
I've included some progressions and modifications because this Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Awareness Month, I wanted to make a class that was accessible for all levels!
No weight bearing.
No standing.
No sitting.
No accessories needed.
Just Mindful Movement.
