If you have never had Chicken Marbella before, you are missing out. This is one of my most favourite chicken dishes ever, and perfect for the holiday season - put everything in a bag and marinate for 2 days, then dump it on a sheet pan and bake! = dinner served! Perfect to relieve some of the pressure off holiday dinner preparation. This is my take on the classic Turkey Marbella, or as Al Pacino's character in the movie Scent of a Woman pronounces it: "Turkey Marbare".
