Why Are There No Jobs?

There is a major problem when I have the skills that I have, and yet I fill out 174 Applications over 3 months, get 6 Calls back and 4 interviews, meanwhile unemployment is dragging their feet and not paying me any money to pay my bills, and I am searching desperately for work, I am stressed out to the max, I am hitting the deadlines for my Electrical, Internet, and rent, and if they disconnect my internet, I have also no phone to receive calls back from potential employers, or apply for jobs online, since everything is online now days, and if they disconnect my electricity, well it's winter, I have no heat, no computer, and no internet anyway, and then on top of that if I cannot pay my rent, I get evicted. The winter weather is freezing, and if I am homeless here in Kansas not only do I lose everything I own, but I also freeze to death in the street. I need employment ASAP!! I have no idea what to do, and I am not the only one, I am talking to a lot of my friends who are also saying the same thing, and they live all over the United states, not just Kansas. I need help, resources, ways of generating income, a job, something. I keep hitting a wall, and I would ordinarily be the last person who would ask for help, but I need help, I am at a breaking point. I don't know what to do.
I guess I will drop a link to it because I can say I tried, to get help, but I doubt anyone would donate anything, but even a spare penny would help, not that I am an E-Beggar, but I am in complete desperation, and don't know what else to do.
