Universal Studios Hollywood VIP Tour (2017)

October 19th, 2017. Morning to mid-day, VIP Tour Experience at Universal Studios Hollywood.
-Sound-stage where they film the 'Will & Grace' revival
-"Earthquake the Big One" was CLOSED
-I did NOT record: "King Kong 360 3-D" or MOST of "Fast & the Furious Supercharged".
Those segments can be seen on both of my regular studio tour videos.
-Exclusive and private all-you-can-eat buffet lunch meal at the French Street Bistro restaurant.
I returned later in the evening, for the RIP Tour Experience during Halloween Horror Nights. Yes, it was a BUSY day for me. I enjoyed both tours a lot.

Full/Complete Studio Tram Tour, through the front and back-lot's of Universal Studios Hollywood. Burbank/Studio City, California. Areas of back-lot were dressed for Halloween Horror Nights (2017). Return visit after previous year (HHN 2016). POV!
Our entire ride-thru on Universal's Studio Tram Tour (53 years old), where movie magic is made.
-Featuring: Timeline Drive, Fire Station 51, Front Lot sound-stages, offices, King Kong 360 3-D, Picture Cars, Jurassic Park/World sets, Flash Flood & Mexican Street, Six Points Texas/Old West, Earthquake the Big One (Stage 50), Jaws Attack (Amity Island), Grinch's Whoville, Bates Motel & Psycho House, War of the Worlds/Crashed Jumbo Jet, Falls Lake, Fast & Furious Supercharged.
-Due to active filming all over (exciting!) or now extinct attractions, we skipped or no longer do the following: Rock-slide, Battle of Galactica, The Burning House, Brownstone Street, New York Street, Courthouse Square, King Kong Encounter, Collapsing Bridge, Prop Plaza, Fast & Furious Extreme Close-Up, Park Lake & Torpedo Attack/Submarine, Parting of the Sea, Snow Cottage & Jungle Gorilla Attack, Square of Warriors, Underwater Tank, Denver Street & Runaway Train, Tower of London, Little Europe, Chicken Ranch, Colonial Street/Wisteria Lane, Ice Tunnel/Dante's Peak Mine Shaft/Curse of the Mummy's Tomb.
-My routine visits here began in 2002, at age 10. So much has changed in that time. I've experienced a lot that exists no more, yet there's so much I never got to experience (listed above) in the decades before.
-Either way, I'm grateful, and love this awesome place no matter what. I love watching movies & TV shows, but even more so, I love going behind the scenes!!

*2020 Updates: Dreamworks Theater & "Kung Fu Panda Emperor's Quest" opened in 2018, "Hello Kitty" store building opened in 2018 (Upper Lot), "Jurassic World: The Ride" opened in 2019 (Lower Lot), 'The Walking Dead' maze closed forever (Upper Lot), "The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Leash" opened next door (Upper Lot), large modern production facilities on studio back-lot nearing completion or now in use (formerly "Park Lake/Red Sea"), "Super Nintendo World" under construction/nearing completion (Lower Lot).
