"It Takes Two" was originally a 1966 classic hit done by Motown legends, Marvin Gaye and Kim Weston. In 1990, Rod Stewart and Tina Turner turned it into a top 5 UK hit. It was the lead single from Rod's album VAGABOND HEART, but it was also included on Tina Turner’s greatest hits compilation, SIMPLY THE BEST, the following year. Now, Rod Stewart is covering the song during his concerts with vocalist Becca Kotte, handling the female lead. It's an incredible number that got the audience dancing in their seats. There were also young kids in the audience who got into the song. You can't beat the sound of a good old Motown record.
