Quinn made her debut in the 22nd episode of Batman: The Animated Series, titled "Joker's Favor," on September 11, 1992. Quinn was conceived by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm as a comedic relief henchwoman for the villainous Joker. Quinn was only supposed to be in one episode.
