I hosted an Iftar party last weekend and I took video of it here and there. This is not a very perfect video, it was tough cooking and taking video at the same time. This is my first iftar vlog in my channel. Hope you all will like it.

Chicken Shawarma
(Recipe from recipes of the world)
Ingredients:
For chicken:
600 grams Boneless chicken
1/4 cup yoghurt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
For Shawarma Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp tahina
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pepper
Salt
2 tbsp olive oil
