Today I have been talking about stiffness, contracture, scar adhesions. Considerations for early healing and mature scars. How can manual therapy help? Stretching, cupping, use of K-tape such as CureTape or RockTape to change tension all dynamics and stimulate the skin (covered on our Scar Therapy Practitioner course) or self scar massage.
